Why do we complain about work, but run marathons in our spare time? My goal is to enable people in organisations to enjoy what they are doing.
For over 20 years, I have been studying, analysing, and influencing people’s behaviour in different corporate structures. The way employees work together determines whether they experience joy or frustration at work.
I am fascinated by the influence of corporate culture on the financial success of companies. In every company, there are motivated employees who are undermined, under- or overworked and who want an environment in which they can live up to their fullest potential. Those are the people I focus on.
On the one hand, I help motivated people to advance in their careers. On the other hand, I support companies in developing a corporate culture that focuses on personal responsibility, flexibility, and innovation and that offers motivated employees and committed teams the work environment they need.
